The prices don't make any sense to me for an African country. What is the average monthly salary in Kenya in comparison to renting one of the apartments here for $3500 monthly. It seems like the locals and probably foreiners in Kenya as well, are taking advantage of the fact that Kenya is a favorite destination for foreiners migrating to Africa. I'd rather just purchase one of this apartments than throw way this much money to a landlord.

I think its nice and all but I doubt there's many people in SA willing to pay 25k for rent only. Not saying there isnt but its rare. Personally, thats oo much for me. Even if I do have the money but I'd rather invest it in my own property. Maybe buy land in the rurals and build something thats up to that standard rather than rent it. But thats just me

I mean we should be able to take videos anywhere we can, because we understand everything about privacy. even some of the bylaws by the city council and government, are too tight, if I may say. I personally have to argue otherwise about those. We need to make sure that we are actually safe rather then made to feel safe. We can count on LGBTQ+ rights though... I know myself, we are as safe as we can be (in the world) with them and they are my priority.

I'm from Swaziland (now known as ESwatini), please consider visiting the Kingdom also Mozambique not sure about the Visa requirements though. When I transited in New York I needed a Visa so maybe you need one as a US Citizen to go to Swaziland. I have Canadian Citizenship now and I needed a Visa going to Mozambique so not sure about US passport. If I missed your videos of you visiting the two Countries ahh I saw you in Kenya and Rwanda.
